Investor’s Word The Republic of Serbia has numerous resources for the development of tourism. Along with economy and non-economic activities the objective of which is development, this branch of economy should become one of the generators in the Republic’s development and growth of economic activities in total. Starting from the basic orientations in world’s touristic movements, objectives of long-term development of tourism in Serbia, achieved level of development and resources background, tourism on the river Danube represents an enormous potential. Entering the new tourism era, Serbia faces the need to revitalize the inherited structures of the touristic offer on one part, and the better utilization of numerous intact attractions and numerous new touristic products on the other part. With our tourist resort we wish to enrich Serbia with a new, attractive and unique destination which will add value to Serbia’s position as a part of European tourist attractions by its development.
